i recently had the awesome chance to work with kierea and tanner meloy on some sibling pictures for their mama. kierea was my roommate last year, and i love the girl to death! needless to say i was super excited to take these pictures and am really happy with the way they turned out. this was my first experience with siblings and i was quite lucky to have them to work with. they were wonderful and were willing to try anything i asked [sit in the snow, please?], even in the bitter 8 degree weather!!

the women of plymouth three

these are the beautiful women that live in plymouth 3. they were a complete joy to work with! four lovely ladies and a quaint ski resort, the possibilities are endless. the sun was a little bright at times and the wind kicked up, but these girls were troopers [let's just say that hiking hills in stilettos isn't an easy task!]

i kinda maybe like you a lot more than i originally planned.

if you really know me. or probably even if you don't know me at all, you probably know that i LOVE adventures and i often plan random ones to feed my appetite. the past two weekends i have ventured to downtown salt lake and park city. i've been to both places countless times, but both trips gave me a new love for each of the cities. maybe it was because of the fabulous ladies who tagged along with me.

here's the thing: i have the two most beautiful roommates in the world. there is no competition.

it was a beautiful afternoon and we all know how i can't resist the fall colors. thank goodness i have two very willing roommates who are up for anything. old deteriorating buildings? sketchy pipes over freezing rivers? thick forests? not a problem! darn, i love these girls!

labor day 2009

last day of summer. would have been a sad day if it weren't for the amazing day trip we took down to the rope swings! who would have guessed that the middle of nowhere was so freakin pretty?? [seriously though, it's the middle of nowhere]

oh, and rope swings? the rope is tied up in the tree and then you hold on and swing down into the lake. deathly terrifying for those [like me] who are afraid of heights. but SO MUCH FUN. and even more fun to take pictures of!
